The staff was very welcoming and helping whenever I needed something or guidance in the area. Special thanks to Mert at the reception, a customer-centric person, he has been very kind, very polite, and has a positive energy, and also Yasin at the restaurant, very gentle, polite and with positive vibes. And not to forget Gervash (I probably spelling his name wrong, sorry about that), for always making sure I have what I need in my room. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect for me. Metro station is just in front of the hotel, and bus stops are 2 min to 5 min of walk. Retail shops, boutiques, restaurants, fast foods, Mac Donald's, Burger King's are just a walking distance away. Rooms are quiet.

Also the staff were phenomenal…Matt is an absolute legend, he is very kind, helpful and respectful, he made sure all our needs were met, helped us with directions when we needed and gave us helpful tips on how best to navigate the area…he is an sweetheart and had a very warm smile to welcome us after a stressful day.
