The staff was very welcoming and helping whenever I needed something or guidance in the area. Special thanks to Mert at the reception, a customer-centric person, he has been very kind, very polite, and has a positive energy, and also Yasin at the restaurant, very gentle, polite and with positive vibes. And not to forget Gervash (I probably spelling his name wrong, sorry about that), for always making sure I have what I need in my room. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect for me. Metro station is just in front of the hotel, and bus stops are 2 min to 5 min of walk. Retail shops, boutiques, restaurants, fast foods, Mac Donald's, Burger King's are just a walking distance away. Rooms are quiet.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Yenikapı and well-connected to the metro and other transport options, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff truly made the experience memorable. Everyone I encountered was exceptionally polite, warm, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality and attention to detail left a lasting impression. I was genuinely impressed by the level of service and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Its location is ideal, right in front of the metro station, making it very convenient to travel around Istanbul. The hotel is spotless, and the breakfast is absolutely perfect, offering a wide variety to suit all tastes. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which was a delightful experience. The spread was authentically Turkish, featuring a wonderful array of traditional dishes. From fresh simit and olives to delicious cheeses and homemade jams, every bite was a taste of Turkey's rich culinary heritage. It was genuine and flavorful, making each morning a delight.
